Greene County magistrate court, week ending March 29

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered March 28 against David Allan Holley, 54, of Scranton for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge after he pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court costs were $100. In a companion case in district court, a charge against Holley of possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense was dismissed. Court costs were $100 in that case. A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge against Charley Ann Dozark, 34, of Jefferson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, Court costs were $105.55. In a companion case in district court, a charge against Dozark of possession of marijuana was dismissed. Court costs were $100 in that case. (Sentencing: McCarville)

Lewis Delbert Randolph of Jefferson was sentenced to five days in jail on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. In a separate case Randolph was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
